An integrated light emitting signboard is provided to enable a driver to quickly recognize and cope with a dangerous element on a road by implementing the light emitting signboard at proper positions on the road. An integrated light emitting signboard includes a reflective plate(80), a guide fixing bar(50), and a transparent synthetic resin(30). The reflective plate is arranged to be apart from an LED(Light Emitting Diode), which is installed on a PCB board(20). The guide fixing bar is arranged at the edges of front and rear surfaces of the PCB(Printed Circuit Board), prevents the transparent synthetic resin from flowing down, and reinforces strength of the PCB board. The transparent synthetic resin is applied at the same height of the guide fixing bar, effectively disperses the LED light inside the reflective plate, and prevents water from permeating into the PCB board.
