Provided is an apparatus for seasoning tuna slices, which allows tuna slices to maintain quality and texture from a seasoning step to a packaging step, and reduces the time required for the seasoning via automated operation. The apparatus(10) for seasoning tuna slices comprises: a grill(20) having two or more nets hinge-coupled to each other and compressing tuna slices between the nets upon folding; a lower main body(30) having a container for receiving a desired amount of sauce from the top; an upper main body(40) disposed on the lower main body and having an inlet and an outlet so as to allow unidirectional passage of the grill; a conveyor(50) installed inside the upper main body to cause the grill supported at the inlet to move toward the outlet according to a control signal and to permit the grill to be dipped in the container in a predetermined region during the movement; and a controller for controlling the conveyor. |
