A pipe is provided to easily clean the interior of the pipe when the pipe is used as a water supply pipe and allow for ease of insertion of cable when the pipe is used as a cable pipe. A pipe comprises an open pipe(10) having a part opened in a circumferential direction by a predetermined angle; a lid part(20) connected to the open pipe through a connector(30) so that one side of the lid part covers the opening of the open pipe and the other side of the lid part is coupled to the open pipe through a joint member; an elastic protective member(33) protruded from both sides of the connector; an assembly member(40) arranged at an edge of the pipe; an assembly groove(43) formed at an edge of the lid part; and a water sealing packing(52) assembled to the assembly groove.
