A system for supplying data to a communication terminal and a method for supplying data to the terminal are provided to enable the first communication terminal to supply data to the second communication terminal through a data channel included in an SVD(Simultaneous Voice and Data) communication channel, even while a voice call with the second terminal is progressing, thus predetermined data is downloaded from a data storage server. The first communication terminal sets an SVD communication channel with the second communication terminal(201), and accesses a data storage server through a predetermined data channel included in the SVD communication channel(202,203). The first terminal searches data stored in the data storage server, and selects data to be transmitted to the second terminal(204), and then assigns a predetermined access right for the server to the second terminal, so that the second terminal can access with the data(205,206). The second terminal accesses the server by using the access right, and confirms the data through the set SVD communication channel(207-209).
