A door glass holding device is provided to prevent a door glass from being vibrated by holding one side of the door glass and supporting on a door panel in completely opening the door glass and to improve quality of a vehicle. A door glass holding device comprises a sensing unit(6) detecting that a door glass(1) is completely opened to the lowermost end to generate the operating force; and a holding unit(7) receiving the operating force from the sensing unit to hold one edge of the door glass so as to support on a door panel(4). The sensing unit has a pressing protrusion mounted on the lower end edge of the door glass and installed on one side of a carrier plate(3) elevating the door glass; a switching member installed to be pressed downward by the pressing protrusion; a return spring elastically supporting the switching member; and a cable whose one end is connected to the switching member and other end is connected to the holding unit.
