Salt cream for sauna containing seaweeds is provided to increase release of sweat and wastes, remove the horny layer, enhance smoothness and elasticity of the skin, whiten the skin, and recover fatigue when it is applied to the skin at sauna. The salt cream for sauna containing seaweeds is produced by mixing salt powder, seaweed powder and alcohol in a ratio of 70~90: 8~25: 2~5, and stirring the mixture, wherein the salt powder is prepared by mixing the dissolved salt at more than 1000 deg. C and the roasted salt in a ratio of 20:80 and pulverizing the mixed salts.
