An axle beam supporting apparatus for a forklift truck is provided to endow a driver with comfortableness by absorbing vibration and impact transferred from the road surface through an axle beam. An axle beam supporting apparatus for a forklift truck includes a pair of shaft support blocks(30), a polygonal support shaft(20), and a resilient bush(50). The resilient bush is interposed between the polygonal support shaft and a polygonal accommodation recess of the shaft support blocks. The resilient bush is resiliently deformed when torsion is applied to the polygonal support shaft so that the torsion of the polygonal support shaft is damped and a frame is restored to the original position.
