An effusion type ion transfer is provided to use a liquid medicine by effusing the liquid medicine without inconvenience of changing gauzes and to be used on various parts of a user's body by using brush type and sponge type liquid medicine effusion portions. The effusion type ion transfer includes a storing portion(110), a liquid medicine effusion portion(130) and a fixing ring. The storing portion(110) includes a hollow body(111), an electrode(112), a battery(B), a battery mounting portion(113) and a battery cover(114). The battery cover(114) is conducted by the anode of the battery and makes a user exhibit positive pole. The liquid medicine effusion portion(130) includes a base made of a carbon rubber, plural brushes(122) and an effusion hole(123). The fixing ring fixes the liquid medicine effusion portion(120) by pushing it to the side of the storing portion(110).
