The pipes are integrated to the device by wires extending on both sides of each pipe along the main directions (9, 10) to form a net. The net tightens the pipes to maintain them in position relative to each other. The holes are separated by intervals to position the holes near the crops. The pipes extend within the net parallel to each other. The pipes extend within the net parallel to each other, and hence the device is adapted to the crops arranged in the form of rows, thus representing the industrial and non-industrial crops. The pipes can extend perpendicular with respect to the line of slope of the ground, thus providing aesthetics and re-vegetating the embankments while promoting irrigation.
