A user context recognition-based MBMS(Multimedia Broadcasting Multicast Service) processing method and a system thereof are provided to analyze mobile terminal user's broadcasting reception information to transmit wireless Internet contents information, which is suitable for a broadcasting channel having high relative importance of reception, after broadcasting reception is terminated, thereby providing broadcasting and wireless Internet contents services in consideration of the user's taste in real time. Service use context information which includes broadcasting reception information of a mobile terminal is obtained. The broadcasting reception information is analyzed to select a broadcasting channel type having the highest relative importance of reception(S155). A wireless Internet contents type associated with the selected broadcasting channel is mapped(S160,S161,S185). After MBMS broadcasting reception is terminated, wireless Internet contents information corresponding to the mapped results is transmitted to the mobile terminal(S190).
