PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a special effect processing in accordance with control contents associated with exposure control at photographing processing and control contents or the like associated with white balance control applied to image data. SOLUTION: A camera section 100 photographs an image of an object, outputs image data of the object, and generates control information denoting various control contents associated with the image data, a film grain information setting section 111 generates setting information associated with special effect component information on the basis of the control information, and a film grain processing section 115 corrects a film grain component on the basis of the setting information and attaches the correction result to the image data.
