PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information server, a terminal device, an information transmission program and an information selection program, for constructing an information distribution system performing selection of a content fit for taste of a user, and facilitating personal information management. SOLUTION: Similarity between a score of each content found inside an information space wherein correlation between dimensions is small, and a profile having the same dimension as the score is calculated, and the content is selected on the basis of the similarity. Accordingly, the similarity can be calculated with higher accuracy than a conventional method to select the content fit for the taste of the user with higher accuracy than the conventional method.
