摘要 A method and a toluene supplement line system for controlling concentration of a cosorb solution in a CO plant are provided to maintain a balance of toluene evenly in the entire circulation line of the cosorb solution by recirculating a portion of condensed toluene recovered from a circulation line of the cosorb solution into heat exchangers and effectively relieve fouling of the heat exchangers by properly diluting concentration of the cosorb solution in the heat exchangers. In a toluene supplement line system for controlling concentration of a cosorb solution in a CO(carbon monoxide) plant using a cosorb(CO absorbing) solution, which is constructed to resupply the recovered toluene to a cosorb solution circulation line after condensing and recovering toluene evaporated in a cosorb solution circulation process, the toluene supplement line system comprises toluene supplement pipes(47,48) connected between a predetermined position on a line for recovering the condensed toluene and heat exchangers(25,38) of the cosorb solution circulation line through which a cosorb solution in the CO absorbed state passes to transfer heat to the heat exchangers so that toluene recovered during operation is supplemented into the cosorb solution of the heat exchangers through the toluene supplement pipes(47,48).
