PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press forming apparatus capable of forming an annular protruded part or an annular recessed part on the bottom surface by performing press forming of a disk-shaped work in every stage, and improving roduction efficiency, the rise of a material cost and the deterioration of the service life of the apparatus due to the winding of the cylindrical body part from the bottom surface part. SOLUTION: This apparatus 1 for forming the cylindrical body part 41 by press-forming the disk-shaped work w and forming the annular protruded part 44 in the bottom part 43 not to be wound is provided with: a lift punch 11 on which the work w is placed; a draw die 6 which is arranged oppositely to the lift punch 11 and with which the cylindrical body part 41 is formed by winding the outer peripheral part of the work w in cooperation with the lift punch 11; and a pressing protruded part 15 which is arranged in an adjacent relation to the outside of the lift punch 11 and by which swaging is performed by being allowed to abut on a wound end 41e.
