Provided are a packaging box and a packaging structure that restrain the end surface from being out of joint due to an impact in transportation by improving a support property of the end surface in a winding member. The packaging box includes a box body, a cover body detachably installed on the box body, and a winding member(60) formed by winding an electronic equipment member forming film(62) on a winding core(61). The box body has a base, a pair of supports(11) installed opposite to the base and supporting an end part of the winding core of the winding member, and a clamp instrument(12) for interposing the end part of the winding core by being detachably installed on the support. At least one of the support and clamp instrument has a pressure member(45) for pressing an end surface of the electronic equipment member forming film of the winding member.
