A semi-flexible cable is provided to increase a shield effect and transmit signals uniformly by a dual shielding of first and second outer conductors. In a semi-flexible cable, an internal conductor(110) consists of a copper covered steel wire. An insulation body(120) insulates the internal conductor(110) from the outside by coating the internal conductor(110). A first outer conductor(130), made of more than one thing selected from a group of copper, aluminum, silver, and tin, covers an outer side of the insulation body(120). A second outer conductor(140), made of tin or lead, coats the first outer conductor(130).
