The present invention provides a polyaxial bone anchoring device, which comprises a bone anchoring element (1) having a shank (2) and a head (3); an accommodating unit (4, 4') including a first end (4a), a second end (4b) on the opposite side, and a central axis (C) extended from the first end and the second end, and accommodating a load in order to couple the load (100) with the bone anchoring element; an accommodation space (11) for accommodating a channel for accommodating the load, and the head; and a pressurizing element (6, 6') arranged in the accommodating unit and applying a pressure to the head. The pressurizing element (6) includes flexible sections (66a, 66b) facing the outside from the head (3), and the flexible sections (66a, 66b) include free terminals (69a, 69b) to be incorporated with an inclined surface part (15a, 15b) of the accommodating unit (4) to the central axis (C) so as to support the pressurizing element (6) in the position that the pressurizing element (6) applies the full load on the head, before the head is immersed. |
