PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe cutting device for fish, etc. capable of preventing an electric shock accident. SOLUTION: This cutting device is provided with a carrying means 2 to carry a material M to be cut such as a fish and a cutting means 3 provided on the carrying means 2 to cut the material M carried by the carrying means 2.
