PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and quickly produce a cylindrical object in a reduced number of processes. SOLUTION: A cylindrical object producing apparatus 1 comprises a plurality of cylindrical cutting edge members 8 in which the axes are arranged in parallel and which are supported rotatably around the axes, an interlock 10 which interlocks and rotates the cutting edge members 8, and a motor 9 driving the interlock 10.
