PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce odors and to be excellent in work properties, productivity, adhesive properties to a metal and another polymer, mechanical properties, and coating properties. SOLUTION: A multilayer pellet is composed of a sheath layer containing a thermoplastic resin (A1) and a core layer containing a modified thermoplastic resin (A2) having a structure derived from at least one compound (B) having at least one unsaturated group (a). In a method for producing the multilayer pellets, the modified thermoplastic resin (A1) is supplied from at least one extruder to a cross head die, and the modified thermoplastic resin (A2) is supplied from one or more other extruders to the cross head die to form a structure comprising the sheath layer and the core layer by the cross head die.
