<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device for, in particular, an internal combustion engine for heating and vaporizing urea or urea solution. <P>SOLUTION: This heating device is designed to install it on a gas pipe 4 extending in the direction S of flow and has at least two gas passing heating faces 10a, 10b being separated from each other in the direction S of flow and delimiting a heating chamber 11. To manufacture the improved heating device for vaporizing urea stably in an exhaust gas pipe and guaranteeing short reaction time and uniform temperature distribution in the heating chamber 11, a flow-in opening part which discharges urea 12 or urea solution into the heating chamber 11 between at least two heating faces 10a and 10b and allows the urea 12 or the urea solution to pass when supplying it into the heating chamber is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
