摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving status recording method of an autonomous moving robot, recording the objective moving status of the autonomous moving robot. <P>SOLUTION: This autonomous moving robot 1 includes: a sensing means 2 for detecting the presence of an obstacle existing the periphery of the autonomous moving robot 1; a storage means 3 for storing a map within the moving range of the autonomous moving robot 1; a moving mechanism 4 for moving the autonomous moving robot 1; a control part 5 for controlling the moving mechanism 4; a movement monitoring part 6 for monitoring whether or not the control part 5 is normally operated; a power supply intercept means 7 for intercepting the power supply to the moving mechanism when the operation of the control part 5 is determined to be abnormal by the movement monitoring part 6; an imaging means 8 for imaging the status of the periphery of the autonomous moving robot 1; and an image recording means 9 for recording an image taken by the imaging means 8.
