<p>The invention relates to a continuous flexible spacer assembly having a sealing bearing member which may be used particularly in the fabrication of laminates for the thermal insulation, for example, of windows (1). According to the invention, the assembly (30) comprising an elastic sealing bearing member (26), a corrugated fixing member (22) in contact with the elastic sealing bearing member and an exterior sealing member (18), where the elastic sealing bearing member (26) has a plane surface delimited by a first and a second edge, which are folded and which, in contact with the corrugated fixing member (22) form a plurality of cells, each fold of the elastic sealing bearing member (26) being extended into a cell. The invention also relates to a window assembly (10) comprising an assembly (30), a first and a second glass structure adhering to the first one and the second surface of contact with the glass of the assembly (30), respectively, as well as to a process for fabricating the spacing and sealing assembly (30).</p> |
