<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic and treatment apparatus capable of carrying out treatment in conjunction with contrast imaging using a phase change type ultrasonic contrast agent. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic and treatment apparatus 1 comprises an ultrasonic irradiation means 3 for phase change, an ultrasonic irradiation means 2 for diagnosis, an ultrasonic irradiation means 4 for treatment, an echo detecting means 2 for detecting an ultrasonic echo, a phase change control means 53 for making an ultrasonic contrast agent to undergo phase change by irradiating phase change ultrasonic wave using the ultrasonic irradiation means 3 for phase change, a diagnostic control means 52 for detecting the phase change of the ultrasonic contrast agent using an ultrasonic echo detected by the echo detecting means 2, a difference calculating means 552 for calculating chronological differences of the phase change detected by the diagnostic control means 52, an area determining means 553 for determining the area where a difference is generated, and a treatment control means 54 for irradiating treating ultrasonic wave to the determined area using the ultrasonic irradiation means 4 for treatment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
