PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural body and a connecting member capable of extensively improving productivity. SOLUTION: This structural body 1 is characteristically constituted by furnishing a one side connecting end 11 having an associated part 11A of a shape copying an outer surface of one of constituting members 6, making contact along the axial direction of the one constituting member 6 and connected to the one constituting member 6 by welding and an engaging part 12A fitted to the other constituting member 4 free to relatively move along the direction crossed with the axial direction of the one constituting member 6 and connecting the one constituting member 6 and the other constituting member 4 to each other through the connecting member 10 constituted by furnishing the other constituting member 4 and the other side connecting end part 12 to be connected to it. Additionally, the connecting member 10 is characteristically constituted by furnishing a one side connecting end part 11 to be connected to the one constituting member 6 by welding and the other side connecting end part 12 having an engaging part 12A to be fitted to the other constituting member free to relatively move along the direction crossed with the axial direction of the one constituting member and connected to the other constituting member 4 by welding.
