PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify work accompanying ineffectiveness of an alias address, and to reduce an amount of a resource of a database necessary for the ineffectiveness of the alias address. SOLUTION: A mail transfer server stores a range of an order number used for generation of the alias address in an ineffectiveness information storage part as ineffectiveness information for specifying the alias address to be made to be ineffective. An alias issuing server generates the alias address including the order number showing generation order of the alias address and a nickname of recipient. When the mail transfer server receives a mail with the alias address as a destination address from a mail sender, the mail transfer server decides that the alias address is effective on the necessary condition that the order number included in the alas address is not included in the range of the order number stored in the ineffectiveness information storage part, and transfers the mail to an actual address of the mail recipient.
