Early endosome neutralising compounds, such as chloroquine, can be used as vaccine adjuvants. Thus the invention provides an immunogenic composition comprising: (a) an adjuvant comprising an early endosome neutralising compound; and (b) an antigen. The invention further provides methods of treatment employing the compositions. |
