PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new crushing apparatus crushing a crushed material in a small particle diameter and in a high circular degree, and further, a crushing apparatus which can obtain a toner for electronograph which has a low production cost, has a high definition and an excellent fluidity, does not produce any dark dot nor filming on a photoreceptor, does not produce any carrier spent in a two-component based developer, produces no melting on a developing sleeve and a layer thickness regulatory blade in one-component based developer, is excellent in image property and transcription property, has a long life, has a small particle diameter, and has a high circular degree. SOLUTION: The crushing apparatus is characterized in that a grinding and crushing means comprising a pair of rotors and a liner, and a jet nozzle are constituted integrally.
