PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a fluid measuring instrument capable of measuring a fluid to be measured with respect to the specific measuring items at a plurality of sampling places by one measuring part. SOLUTION: The fluid measuring instrument 1 is equipped with a first sampling line 7 and a second sampling line 8 connected to a water supply line 2, the third sampling line 9 connected to a concentrated water draining line 5, a measuring part 10 for measuring the sampled fluid to be measured according to a specific measuring item, and first, second and third on-off valves 11, 12 and 13 which constitute a valve device for introducing the fluid to be measured into the measuring part 10 from either one of the selected sampling lines 7, 8 and 9.
