<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein the imposition of a monthly information fee for disaster prevention information reduces users who try to receive the information, and the reduction of users reduces opportunities of receiving the disaster prevention information in case of disaster to increase damage. <P>SOLUTION: A user 11 who uses a printing apparatus 12 with an information reception function receives customer-significant information from an information delivery company 13 via the Internet 14. For the equipment maintenance of the printing apparatus 12 with an information reception function, the user 11 makes an equipment maintenance contract with a maintenance conclusion company 17. A maintenance execution company maintains the printing apparatus 12 with an information reception function used by the user 11. The user 11 pays equipment maintenance costs to the maintenance conclusion/collection company 17.
