<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely reproduce a content. <P>SOLUTION: A renderer selection condition setting party 201 supplies setting information recorded in a setting information management part 202 to a priority determination part 207. A profile information acquisition part 203 supplies profile information supplied from a communication part 36 to the priority determination part 207. A content attributes acquisition part 206 acquires content attributes information supplied from a content selection part 205 according to a user's operation, and supplies the acquired content attributes information to the priority determination part 207. The priority determination part 207 performs, based on the setting information, the profile information and the content attribute, priority determination processing. A renderer selection part 208 makes the user select a render according to the processing result of the priority determination processing, whereby a content can be surely reproduced.
