IN-TRAIN INFORMATION SERVICE SYSTEM, ELECTRONIC TICKET AND TICKET ISSUING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-train information service system clarifying relation with a passenger to dynamically impart proper information according to a situation.

SOLUTION: This in-train information service system has: a monitor 3 disposed correspondingly to each reserved seat 2 inside rolling stock 1; a controller 6 provided inside the rolling stock 1, storing the information transmitted in specification to the reserved seat from the outside of the rolling stock 1, and making the monitor 3 of the specified reservation seat display the information; an information system server 11 provided outside the rolling stock 1; and a ticket examination device 7 notifying the server 11 of information stored in an electronic ticket 8 according to passage of the electronic ticket 8 storing the information of the reserved seat and a train to be ridden by the passenger. The server 11 has: a registration means registering the information desired to be received with provision of service inside the rolling stock 1 by the passenger receiving issue of the ticket 8; and a transmission means transmitting the information registered by the registration means by the passenger receiving the issue of the ticket 8 passing the ticket examination device 7 to the controller 6 in specification to the reserved seat according to the notification from the ticket examination device 7.
