PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable process for the mass production of a junction between an electrode and an external power source or an electrical control device having an uniform and low electrical contact resistivity through an electrical lead in the field of the process and manufacture of an organic electric device. SOLUTION: The highly reliable process comprises a step of depositing a metallic pad on an organic light emitting diode device, a step of providing a cutting window for covering at least a portion of a part of the periphery of the metallic pad, and a step of forming a junction having the electrode by cutting the metallic pad and the organic light emitting diode device using the cutting window.
