A water tank construction is provided to form a strong outer periphery of the water tank body by assembling plural thin plates and side plates by an overlap welding connection method, and improve a durability and corrosion resistance by using a stainless steel panel. The water tank construction(10) includes plural thin plates and side plates. An outer periphery body of the water tank is formed by an overlap connection of side plates connected with plural thin plates in a body. The thin plates and side plates comprise the steps of: cutting both edges of one side of a metal plate; folding an upper and a lower part of the metal plate to be a straight line with the cutting plane; and bending the folded metal plate in a round shape.
