PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet slightly causing a residual paste on an electronic part even when dressing a blade with abrasive grains simultaneously with cutting of the electronic part, preventing clogging of the blade and thereby preventing chipping while maintaining holding power for the electronic part and to provide a method for producing the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is provided with an abrasive grain layer containing abrasive grains having 6-9 Mohs hardness with a Mohs hardness meter of 10 stages and≤50μm average grain diameter, synthetic resin layers laminated onto both surfaces thereof and one or two pressure-sensitive adhesive layer or layers on one or both surfaces of the synthetic resin layers.
