PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pick up an image at timing intended by a user while providing the user with a finder image at sufficient frame rate in remote photography of a radio communication camera in which an imaging apparatus (camera part) and a display apparatus (viewer part) are separately constituted. SOLUTION: This imaging method has processes of: continuously generating image data for display and image data for storage; temporarily storing the image data for storage and timing data by associating them with each other; accepting an imaging instruction; transmitting the timing data corresponding to an image at the point of time when the imaging instruction is accepted to the imaging apparatus; reading the image data for storage corresponding to the timing data received by the imaging apparatus from a buffer and storing the image data in an image storage means.
