PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building which has a laundry of good usability arranged therein and at the same time secures a sufficient space for the other habitable activities, to thereby make effective use of the building internal space and improve the habitability of the building. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the building A, an upper-story floor 2 and an intermediate floor 3 are arranged above a lower-story floor 1, and a space between the upper-story floor 2 and the lower-story floor 1 is defined as a high-ceiling space 4 while a space between the intermediate floor 3 and the lower-story floor 1 is defined as a low-ceiling space 5.
