<p>A coil component for an electromagnetic relay relates to an electromagnetic relay which provides a coil component for the electromagnetic relay with a magneto-conductive component in shape of "C". It is provided with a magneto-conductive component in form of "C", an insulative bobbin, a coil and at least a pair of lead pins integrated with the bobbin, in which the coil is wounded on the bobbin. There are two free ends for each lead pin. One of the free ends is used as a pig tail for fetching out a relay coil, and the other one is used as a winding head end of a coil. By forming an integrated lead pin with the winding head end for a coil and the pig tail for fetching out a relay coil in the present art and molding the lead pin with the bobbin component, the process of welding a lead pad to a pig tail for fetching out a relay coil with a additional equipment can be omitted. So it can save equipment cost sharply, eliminate the hidden trouble of the rosin joint, simplify the process, increase the space for winding the coil, increase the magnetic efficiency of the coil, simplify the winding process, miniaturize the relay, reduce the material cost and effectively increase the reliability, the productive efficiency and the qualified rate of a relay.</p> |
