PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress warpage accompanied with adhesion between a head unit and a reinforcing frame for reinforcing this, and to realize a delivering performance with a high accuracy. SOLUTION: A process wherein the head unit 21 having a nozzle, an ink flow path and an actuator arranged on the front face, containing a metal material, and exhibiting an approximately flat shape, and the reinforcing frame 65 arranged on the back face side of this head unit, using the metal material as a raw material, and having an approximately flat shape are laminated through a thermoplastic adhesive 68, and the adhesive 68 is softened by heating in accordance with its adhesive condition, and a process wherein a laminated body of the head unit 21 and the reinforcing frame 65 under a high temperature condition by heating is quenched by pinching it from both sides of the laminating direction by cooling members 69 respectively brought into contact with the head unit 21 and the reinforcing frame 65, are equipped.
