PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an interval to subsequent photographing by enabling an optical black level difference to be corrected without temporarily storing a video signal into a memory. SOLUTION: The optical black level is detected from an optical black region 303 in a video signal 302 to be output from an imaging means. The optical black level difference of a video signal 301 to be output by the imaging means after the optical black region 303 is corrected on the basis of the calculated optical black level.
