The invention relates to a capsule containing ground products for producing infusions. The inventive capsule consists of: an outer container comprising a lower body (1) and a cover (2) which are equipped with retaining means and with holes (10) and openings (7) through which water and the infusion can pass; and an inner container (3) with a porous wall, which houses the ground product. The lower part of the aforementioned lower body (1) is provided with a recess or groove (5) which houses a disc (6) that is equipped with numerous small non-through holes which are sealed with a thin reduced-strength wall.
