A hydraulic stroke corrector in a concrete pump system is provided to automatically correct stroke change of first and second hydraulic cylinders by automatically discharging leaked working oil. A hydraulic stroke corrector in a concrete pump system includes a drain line(40) branched from a communication line(28) between chambers of first and second hydraulic cylinders(26,27) for draining leaked working oil between the chambers. A closed drain valve(42) is converted to a working position(B) from a returning position in response to power supply for opening the drain line. Sensing elements(50,52) sense change of strokes of the first and second hydraulic cylinders from each reference stroke caused by the leaked working oil. A controller(34) processes input signals from the sensing elements to determine the stroke change of the first and second hydraulic cylinders, thereby converting the drain valve to the working position according to the determination.
