摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensation oscillator which is capable of performing temperature compensation of frequency in simple circuit configuration and is suitable for IC. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a temperature compensation oscillator comprising a piezoelectric vibrator, an amplifier and a temperature compensation circuit. The piezoelectric vibrator has temperature frequency characteristics that a frequency shift is reduced near a normal temperature, a frequency is increased like a curved line in a high temperature area equal to or higher than the normal temperature, and the frequency is reduced like a curved line in a low temperature area equal to or lower than the normal temperature. The temperature compensation circuit includes an MOS capacity element for low temperature compensation for compensating for the frequency shift in the low temperature area of the piezoelectric vibrator, and an MPS capacity element for high temperature compensation for compensating for the frequency shift in the high temperature area of the piezoelectric vibrator, and the MOS capacity element is comprised of a voltage controlled variable capacity element of which a capacitance value is changed by a control voltage.
