PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reinforcing effect without changing a skeleton member and a reinforce member inside thereof. SOLUTION: The amplitude of a buckling mode waveform of an reinforce 72 is set small by providing a means 120 for delaying buckling deformation in the reinforce 72 inside an outer material 71 with a hollow cross section constituting a side member extension 70. By this way, an interference of a deformation mode is generated in the longitudinal direction between the outer material 71 and the reinforce 72 and deformation is dispersed.
