PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply apparatus with a sterilizing function capable of optionally setting the silver ion concentration of hot water poured into a bathtub without shortening the service life of a silver electrode provided at a silver ion sterilizer. SOLUTION: A pouring pipe line 10 for pouring clean water into the bathtub 11 is provided with heat exchangers 20, 28, the silver ion sterilizer 24, and a hot water discharge excessive outflow servo valve 22 provided upstream of the silver ion sterilizer 24. When hot water (clean water) is poured and stored in the bathtub 11, the amount of current flowing to the silver electrode of the silver ion sterilizer 24 is made constant to make the elution speed of silver ion constant, and the hot water discharge excessive outflow servo valve 22 is adjusted to control the flow to thereby control the silver ion concentration of hot water poured into the bathtub 11.
