PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device capable of ensuring face precision of a bearing face and increasing moment proof stress at low cost. SOLUTION: A thick wall part 5a in the axial direction is provided in a resin part 5, and an electroformed part 4 and a master shaft 6 are separated from each other after molding a bearing member 3 by mold. Difference in molding shrinkage amount of an inner peripheral face 5b caused between the thick wall part 5a in the axial direction of the resin part 5 and a part other than it occurs, and a part of a cylindrical inner peripheral face 3a' of the electroformed part 4 formed by electroforming in advance is deformed (retracted) on an outside diameter side to form a relief part 9 having large diameter from a bearing face 3a in a region between the bearing faces 3a and 3a.
