<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information on an article for a user in response to an existing position and a state of a vehicle, by allowing the user to easily grasp the article existing in the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This information output method includes an RFID reading part 50 for reading RFID from an RFID tag 70 attached to the article existing in the vehicle, a system controller 10 for determining influence when the article having the RFID is placed in the vehicle on the basis of the RFID read by this RFID reading part 50, and a user interface 40 to output a determining result.
