PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cruise traveling control device of a vehicle for prompting a driver to reduce a cruise set vehicle speed to a safety vehicle speed not faster than a limited vehicle speed. SOLUTION: A cruise traveling control device of a vehicle is provided with a cruise traveling control means for setting the vehicle speed at switch operation to the cruise set vehicle speed, and performing traveling control to essentially keep the cruise set vehicle speed when a switch operation is conducted in traveling. Further, the device comprises a limited vehicle speed information collection means for collecting limited vehicle speed information for a road on which its own vehicle travels.
