PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum pulley and its manufacturing method capable of preventing formation of a step portion caused by a piece for shaping an undercut face, and shaping a plurality of cam portions with high accuracy. SOLUTION: In this aluminum pulley having an aluminum movable sieve 3 rotatable with a fixed sieve 2 while hanging a V-belt between a fixed-side taper face a and a movable-side taper face b of the fixed sieve 2, and capable of approaching and separating from the fixed sieve 2, and the plurality of cam portions integrally projecting from the movable sieve 3 and having the undercut face 11 and a non-undercut face 11b having inverse draft in shaping, the movable sieve 3 is shaped by pouring an aluminum material in a state of placing the piece 14 having shaping faces 14a, 14b corresponding to the undercut face 11a and the non-undercut face 11b between the adjacent cam portions 11.
