摘要 A manufacturing method of an antibacterial coil fin material for a heat exchanger of an air conditioner is provided, wherein the antibacterial coil fin material has high antimicrobial and antifungal effects even without using ordinary chemical antiseptics or toxic substances by using metallic nanoparticles with a particle size of 1 to 2 nm. A manufacturing method of an antibacterial aluminum coil fin material for heat exchange of an air conditioner using nanoparticles of metals is characterized in that: nanoparticles of metals such as platinum(Pt), gold(Au), silver(Ag), copper(Cu), titanium dioxide(TiO2) and the like mixed with a hydrophilic paint and a rust resisting paint and coated on the aluminum coil fin material for heat exchange of the air conditioner have a concentration range of 1,000 to 10,000 ppm and a particle size of 20 nm or less; and nanoparticles of metals having a particle size of 1 to 2 nm and a concentration of 100 to 200 ppm are used particularly in order to maintain strong sterilizing power.
